Mr. Pankaj Phalke is a seasoned Mechanical engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Elevator Industry, both domestically and internationally. He is widely recognized for his exceptional teamwork and effective leadership qualities. His prior roles at industry giants such as ThyssenKrupp, Schindler, and Otis encompassed Sales, Marketing, and Operations domains. Mr. Pankaj Phalke excels in formulating and executing competitive strategies to drive sales, expand market share, and attain revenue and profitability objectives. He possesses a proven track record in cultivating a dynamic work environment conducive to team development and motivating high-performance standards. Additionally, Mr. Pankaj Phalke is highly proficient in managing negotiations and finalizing techno-commercial deals to facilitate smooth sales and order processing.

Having collaborated with industry giants like M/s Otis and M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevators, Swapnil’s most recent position was as Sales Manager for Gulf Markets International in Bahrain. His expertise lies in articulating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision and mission, along with steering sales objectives through meticulous forecasting and annual quotas, thereby projecting sales volume and profit for new and existing products.
